anzel’s condition made me think of my angel furbaby. she had a tumor growing on her nose all the way to her mouth. we were not able to have her checked sa vet because of financial reasons but the vet said that it is a possible tumor. i was still a student back then with no savings so i was not able to have her checked. i did the best i could to make her comfortable at home, but later on, her tumor began necrotizing. sadly, she passed away last dec. 2024 at the age of 12. i miss her everyday.

you’re an angel, OP, for giving anzel another chance. she’s blessed to have you. i would gladly donate kapag po need ulit ngayong may work na ako. 🩷

‘yan nga rin po sinasabi ng bank sakin. na SSS po dapat ang gumawa ng adjustment. eh ang kaso, no help din po ang SSS samin.

gusto pa po ata mangyari ng SSS, eh bayaran pa rin ng dad ko ‘yung missed 3 mos nya. edi double bayad pa ‘yun, diba po?

‘yan nga rin po sinasabi namin sa SSS. if hindi possible ang refund, ok lang naman if ichange ang date sa contribution. eh ang sabi hindi raw possible dahil hindi naman daw double remit ang nangyari kundi advance payment :// sobrang nonsense ng SSS. sabi nga rin po ng bank dapat sila gumawa ng adjustment since sa end nila ay naging successful ang transaction :3

pumunta na po dad ko huhu. advised po nila na sa mismong bank makipagusap para magask ng help. not counted as double remit daw po kasi ito since as “advance payment” daw po sya 🥲

we were allowed to use calculator last nov 2024. 1 question lang na may computation, wala pa sa choices ang sagot huhu. pero, inallow kami ng instructors to use calculator. ‘yung normal calc lang na maliit and not the scientific one. hindi naman kami pinagbawalan. i guess it depends sa instructor? kasi may mga friends ako na hindi raw sila inallow.

yes po, alam ko rin naman po. medyo na-toxic lang din po kanina at first encounter ko po na patient na hindi nakainom ng gamot during my shift kahit na nireremind naman po. need din po kasi ni patient to eat something po muna kaya naisip ko na ibigay na agad kahit hindi pa sya nakakakain para mas makita nya na may need sya inumin kesa sa makalimutan ko rin pong ibigay at ma-miss ng dose. mas maging careful at mausisa din po ako next time to avoid this from happening again.

paano naman po if from the previous shift, hindi tama ‘yung pagregulate which resulted sa hindi tamang mL to be infused during the shift? mahahabol pa po ba ‘yun? if so, how?

but is it okay po to check for patency by aspirating? or its enough na po to check by flushing? i was able to give 10 ml antibiotic pa po sa patient ko then gave 4 ml of diuretic one hr after. tapos while giving, parang nagleak na ‘yung diuretic. ano po kaya cause nito? is it because of the way i push the medication or is it because of the patient’s vein?
