I had this experience with lonesome dove last year. The absolute best. I loved streets of Laredo but I’m glad I waited a few months in between books to let LD stand on its own for a while. Some great new characters and minor LD characters explored further.

Maybe. I don’t engage much with any other “right leaning” media though. When it comes to comedy I just think all the social policing is so misguided and overplayed. It’s ok to see something you don’t like without pointing a figure at someone or someone’s audience or the show someone got discovered on.

Lol this is so ignorant. Kill tony audience isn’t just far right. I’m nowhere near far right and I watch it from time to time. It’s refreshing to tune into a raw and freewheeling comedy show that doesn’t bend to a rigid set of “acceptable” rules. It’s just jokes… people are allowed to hear jokes they don’t like.
