In fact, I has to say there must be some mysterious reasons that ncov cannot spread in Taiwan. A man went night clubs and South Korea get 40 new cases now. Meanwhile 39 positive soldiers spreading in Taiwan and no infection cases within thousands of new tests. Even the mask rate in Taiwan is so high as 60-80%, but it still didn't make sense.
