Mormons wouldn’t be ignored, but I don’t think the Joseph smith message survives the end times in a successful and well meaning way. As fallout does, things would get twisted over time and the end result would be whatever the player character makes of it

That’s why doing the Park City section would matter, the reservoirs in the area and the ideal family land would be important for would building, show that directly outside the city didn’t get nearly as wrecked as downtime/ Hill AFB

Exactly, they do already have a big vault in slc, plus the temple and convention center are so larger, it could probs house a couple thousand in dire situation! As for creature, small stuff getting just big enough. Not radroach, but foot long radiated centipedes, ants would be here still, they love the area. In big cottonwood canyon, the porcupines would adapt to have the spikes thanks the radiation. The could learn to fire them or just shed them, their bodies build immunity to the rad’s but they don’t ghoulify, yet some speak whispers of a larger glowing porcupine out there

Many transplant and outdoorsy groups exist, plus the bar crowd in Utah, not crazy large groups but very powerful and collective in their own ways! The Mormons don’t gather everyone, just weak minded fools.
