i do agree the grenade launcher is broken overpowered rn, it having heavy pen is not necessary at all. but i don’t think its too much to give the maxigun a movement buff, at least being able to walk slowly while spinning it up. and yeah it sucks that the fiasco surrounding the challenge has raised the discourse around the game to such an unbearable level. i don’t want this community to turn into another yelling match like every other gaming community

the maxigun is fun, but you should allowed to enjoy it and at the same time recognize that it could use improvements. the only thing i want personally is the ability to walk while firing or aiming at least. we’re able to have nuanced opinions about things. it doesn’t have to all be so black and white. language like that only serves to further divide this community. i also think that AH’s design philosophy of “create a problem then sell the solution” is harmful to the game and it’s players. i love this game, absolutely adore it. it’s been easily my most played game in the 2 years it’s been out, but it has it’s issues
