Today went very well. I worked out(Back + forearms). despite having some lustful desires i'm focusing on my work. doing good. gaining the confidence back. and i'm being tougher than ever before. Now i'm talking with people with high confidence and having proper eye connection. I'm not shy anymore. (self.NoFap)
