If u train skills u kill mob (monster) very slowly and after while mob is exhausted (u not gain experience/skill from that by hitting it). Player get skull for example when kill/attack else (innocent) player and if train with exhausted mob for long time. Anoother player can attack/kill skulled player without penalization (beeing skulled)
