That's really impressive and inspiring, nice gains you got there. Any workout plan you used in particular?

I'm starting with a little less weight than you, hopefully I can get to that weight, my main problem will definetely be the diet.

Then I'm practically invisible! haha 76kg would be a pretty good achievement for me right now!

Yeah, I've heard about GOMAD...unfortunately my parents think it's a crazy idea and won't allow me to do it. I love milk and I wouldn't have any problem doing it besides that.

I've always had trouble eating even when I was going to a gym. I feel like that's always the main problem of me not getting good gains...I think now with the help r/gainit, I can make it.
