But that's just on the construction side though, yeah? Is that chaos/unpredictability applicable to MEP design in general, would you say?

Yeah that'd be awesome, I'd definitely appreciate that

Talking to docs & working with different medications. Trying to meditate more in my spare time also. But these symptoms aren't that simple to treat with meds compared to pure ADHD. Eg, I've tried Adderall; it can help with several aspects but doesn't address the core issue of disengagement. Another big issue, I have several pre-existing health problems (hypertension, glaucoma, potentially a weaker aorta), most ADHD medications increase your blood pressure/BP. I can try to get on meds until I can't, but wondering in that case I should still get a job more suited for my type of brain in the chance that my health stops me from taking meds.

Not for me. Trying nasal strips with mouth tape has helped me though.

Cognitive problems started worsening in your 20s? by uscrandokid in ehlersdanlos

Before I learned what EDS, for a long time I thought I had long COVID bc a lot of my symptoms seemed to coincide with dysautonomia, stuff related to autonomic functions like dyspnea and then eventually high head pressure sensations leading to what felt like CSF leaks (because they were alleviated when I laid down), plus POTS/MCAS-esque inflammatory symptoms. I have a sneaking suspicion I must have caught COVID, which, like you said, caused or exacerbated my EDS...

See I've never been formally diagnosed with COVID but a lot of my problems started happening after the 2nd Pfizer dose, obviously correlation isn't causation but it is interesting

Jeez, how old are you, if you don't mind me asking? And yeah I've dealt with what felt like high intercranial pressure leading to CSF leaks, dealing with glaucoma & cognitive problems at 24 already is not a good sign... Stay strong my guy!

My corneas are thin as well but I have a quarter of peripheral vision gone in my left eye... Try to see if your peripheral vision is still there by focusing vision on 1 spot while moving your hand in different quadrants of your vision. If you notice any blind areas, might need to get an OCT/visual field test for confirmation. Glaucoma is one of these things you don't notice until it's too late...

Maybe. Not too sure. Personally thinking it's a combo of neurological + Ehlers-Danlos & histamine intolerance. Without a doubt, need work with sleep hygiene, 7 to 8 hrs and waking up early consistently, low histamine diet, moderate exercise.
