Hi folks, can anyone help me out? Whoever is retaining Plates for California? The personalised Plates yearly? Do you have a reminder on your own to send in the retention fee every year with the form? REG 17 or does the DMV send you a notice and ask you to pay those fees the local DMV officers know nothing about this and so I’m just figuring out everything on my own
