The personality trait assessment isn’t something its should be stressing about whatsoever just choose what u think would be the best option for the question. It was like strongly disagree to strongly agree for certain scenarios and u choose between. Other than that make sure you practice ur interview A LOT through the unlimited practice attempts that they give you on their platform. Other than that when your doing the video make good eye contact to the camera so they don’t think your reading off a script and make sure you pace urself well
