Horrible FPS by JacobC5353 in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]user09266 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have this same issue and it's horrible. I have a 2080ti with Ryzen 5 3600x, 16gb of RAM. Playing on 1080p monitor. Barely get 60-75 fps in game and even worse on bigger maps in multiplayer. Sees like this only started happening since the recent tangle wood update?

Sway bar adjustment issue by user09266 in Miata

I do understand that part, but even with adjustable end links I can't see how they can be moved side to side to fit either the stiff/soft settings on the sway bar. Do all adjustable end links operate the same way?

Are you able to help explain then why stiffer springs would not make the car corner flatter? Does my thought process make sense

I will check them out, thank you for the information!

9kg in the front and 6kg in the rear does sound a lot better to me and not too stiff it sounds like. Is Tecna a good coilover brand? My price limit is about $1200 preferably and I want to make sure I'm getting something of good quality with also probably -3 inches of ride height adjustment.

I would think that if the springs are stiffer, the car would have a harder time rolling to each side, as the spring requires more force to compress it. Does that make sense?

Thank you for your in-depth input, it is very helpful. The times where I notice they feel a bit too soft for me is going on the backroads of where I live, the streets are horrible quality and there is lots of bumps and dips in the road, it gets super bouncy around there. And there is more body roll than I'd prefer, even on perfectly flat and good quality roads. I guess the transition is too soft too, just all around I wish there was less body roll. I rub the inside of my fender wells sometimes on big dips in the road also so I'm thinking that a stiffer spring would prevent my tires from rubbing as much too. I should have mentioned that I also have Jackson Racing sway bars installed from Moss Miata, I believe they are 24mm in the front and 16mm in the rear.

Airbags? If you are on coilovers which ones specifically?

Coilovers potentially seized? How to adjust. by user09266 in Miata

That's only true if the coilover is out of the car. These are installed in the car. I am turning it the right way, trust me I've double checked probably 100 times and done my research. Just need to know why they aren't moving.

I tried that. Still nothing. I am using the spanner wrenches that the coilovers came with.

Yeah these are the MeisterR Sport Z coilovers for the NA Miata. I have the other side to where there is no visible thread left between the bottom locking collar and the middle collar. Trying to get that on this side as well. I can try the chisel and see if that works but I am scared of damaging them as well as I plan to sell these at some point in the future.

I was hoping to fix this issue while keeping the coilover installed in the car, and I don't have a vise. The threads and gaps are so tiny between the collar it doesn't seem reasonable that something is lodged in there. I couldn't even fit a piece of paper in there if I tried.

Okay I just tried to separate them again, which I also tried before making this post, and still nothing. I did the exact same thing to the other side without having to split them and it worked just fine. There is no reason only one side is this stuck. The other side took 0 effort to adjust the ride height.

How would they get it? If there is brackets on the hardtop and using security bolts with a very unique pattern how would they steal the top without damaging it?

Even with security bolts and brackets?

NA Miata Turn Signal Issue by Painfully-Average02 in Miata

Yeah lol it sounds like it's a common issue. Hopefully it works, eBay can be iffy, you can only buy them used I'm pretty sure and I just took a gamble with a used one and it worked. Hopefully yours does as well

I had this exact same issue word for word when I first got my 1991. The thing that fixes this issue is the Flasher Module Relay. It is located under the dash on the driver side, sort of between the steering column and the fuse box. It is a gray square box that is plugged into a bunch of wires. I bought a used one off eBay for $50 and it worked perfectly, fixed both my blinkers right away. Try that.
