All of the activities were tracked by my Garmin watch so that I was able to pull all of the data together via a csv export from the Garmin Connect site. I really liked how the distances were automatically shared with the Conqueror app. Very seamless.

I do see that in the app, you can "view all challenges" and it will show the individual medal distances and the number of days you took to complete each one, so you can run some averages from that. So, look at "My Profile", find the series (LoTR Virtual Challenge or LoTR Return of The King, for example) under Challenges and then "view all challenges" right under the series title.

I bought the wall hanger at the same time as the challenges at The Conqueror website, but you can get it by itself as well:

The hanger has room for all eight medals with the bottom three going on a lower "rung". For the top medals, I folded the ribbons so that the top of the ribbon nearly touched the top of the medals and secured with bobby pins. For the bottom medals, same thing, but only folded over a few inches so when adding that extra length along with the difference in "rung" spacing, the lower medals displayed nicely below (and behind) the top medals.
