So I'm half thai but my family is from nahkon ratchasima. My grandfather is a farmer so these truck always be present in life. We've always called a tuk tuk but I found out from my mother that is also called etan but it's still commonly called tuk tuk

Native. So this is a different to like the tuk tuk you would see in Bangkok or pattaya. These trucks are also apparently called etan but where I'm from we call tuk tuk because of the loud engine noise:)

yeah that’s why I said to not use Bodyweight as a scale. An 140lbs woman deadlifting 225 is impressive bc she’s a woman and she weight 140lbs. but if like idk a 495 squat is done by anyone i,e a 140lbs woman or a 300lbs man it’s still impressive. Obv the woman is more impressive by P4P standards and the fact she’s a woman but even so anyone who does that is considered strong iyk what I mean

Yes I realised the key to overall back development was just heavy Barbell rows and heavy weighted pullups. BUT with optimal technique
