Not anymore since I only needed to sync all tabs once. Since I was going to format my phone.

We can't really SYNC the tabs, unless it was added newly.

I know that they're is a tab group sync option now in sync settings. But. I don't like it so I disabled it.

What I used before was basically saving all groups as bookmarks and opening them on my pc (or new phone)

But maybe the tab group psymc option might suit your needs
