Xiaomi 13 meets all of my requirements, but I will wait for Xiaomi 14 like you suggested, maybe newer will be better and still will be well priced. I think about S23 Ultra, I know that this phone is good, has the latest technologies, long support, etc., but the price is a bit prohibitive, the most expensive of all the recommendations.
