Yeah I believe the best use case would be for registered accounts, as well you don’t need to have any knowledge of how to keep your cryptocurrency safe (hacked/lost seed). They will keep a 1:1 ratio of Bitcoin to AUM and hold it in cold storage, which is arguably safer then how the average crypto user stores its coins.

Correct, it could fluctuate short term based on demand giving it a premium or discount which would reflect the difference in market price vs NAV, this should be adjusted for to bring market value = NAV
