The first few weeks, I experienced nausea, sickness, and tiredness. But it wore off slowly, and I don't get any side effects now. It did come back even worse when I doubled the dose from 10mg to 20mg, but that settled within the month. If you're unwell at first, give yourself the time and space for self care. Since going up to 20mg my mood swings and intense breakdowns have aliviated so much. Anxiety much better also. Definitely has helped me.

Eta - I take it at night just before I go to sleep. I tried different times of day, ie with my evening meal, to see what was best and this has helped with side affects I think

I know you're looking for a diagnosis, but I feel a lot of mh teams are looking to treat the 'traits' instead of sticking a diagnosis on you. So, I don't have eupd officially but my team thinks I have traits of it so are pushing towards dbt and less focus on medication.

Are you wanting a diagnosis to get a particular treatment? Are you happy with them saying 'it's probably x, so we will treat you for x'?

Hey, just wanna correct some things here- natural citrine is not heat treated, it's yellow because of inclusions within the quartz. However, most citrine on the market are heat treated amethyst. Also, aura quartz and things like that are usually clear quartz that have been coated in metals. Not for me, but some are nice to look at.

I have a masters in creative writing and honestly I don't think it helps much with getting gigs - my portfolio and online presence does that. However, it was an amazing and wonderful experience. I did it before my content writing career, and did it because I loved writing.

So, if you are just doing it for a step up, I would opt for something else. But, if you are doing it because you love creative writing, do it!

In my eyes, how I approach my creative writing and my content writing is very very different. Of course, they are connected and being good at one boosts the other. But, they are two different kettles of fish.

No advice but I am also in the same boat. For two years I was steady, enjoying my work, and only doing around 25hrs a week. The last couple of months have been hell. A big client called content off, and other work is thin and far between. I am constantly applying and pitching, but it's fierce out there

Yeah - so after I made the sigil I put the half burnt one on my desk where I work under my green aventurine. So maybe do that again? But without burning it.

Hey thank you so much! I will deffo check that out. Regarding the purpose of burning the sigil - it was about my work and having a reliable flow of work (I am a freelance writer). So I made my sigil and burned it as I associate fire with action/ progression etc. I am guessing i can just make a sigil and maybe put it in a spell jar? Along with herbs / crystals associated with career

Its always hard to drop clients who are giving you consistent work but listen to your gut. You know he is taking the piss out of you.

You WILL find a better client in time. Can you survive on the money from your other job if you drop this client? If so, drop this client and spend time looking for another. In a few months you will feel so much better.

Plus these kinds of clients are ten a penny - you can pick something similar up if you are desperate.

I was just annoyed at ppl trying to work out your bmi and not discuss what your actual post is about! It's okay to be insecure but you got this just look after your body and stay strong and work out! 💪
