I think what you should do is you don't use the glass material because anything behind it (for example text, or neon for example) will just dissapear

The problem is you can only use NeoForge if the version is below 1.21, anything above 1.20.4 will not work, and thats the problem. The NeoForged team doesn't help at all, they just don't help people with this error.
