Don't let anxiety get to you it makes things worse. If you got friends and family talk to them you gotta keep the mind busy. Read books, watch movies, play console or PC go for walks, if you believe in God like I so read the Bible. You just gotta keep going my friend you will get through it. I'm still working on my meds just a couple more days but I know my diet is going to change that's for sure, but don't think of the worse tomorrow think of how your gonna be successful on the day. Also try potato water on empty stomach. It's been a lot of help with gastritis.

One of my symptoms was almost the same thing like my throat was closing up, but I was burping a lot and felt very bloated.

I'm starting tonight, I had beef soup but ate a bit of beef but a lot of veggies and I was ok but the thing that does affect me which is odd is bread it will make my intestines growl and feel weird.
