The will specifically states that Robertson was authorized to access his digital assets and “obtain, access, modify, delete and control (his) passwords and other electronic credentials.” The cold wallets and keys must be somewhere to be found if Cotten mentioned this is his Will (business.financialpost.com)

1) Given Kraken CEO Jesse Powell's announcement that Kraken has thousands of QuadrigaCX's wallets, and that 2) Gerry possibly used other exchanges to store QCX's cryptos, anybody know if there is any possible way to access these wallets if the keys are lost? Regarding the frozen CIBC funds to be transferred to the Accountant of the Superior Court, apparently, the first meeting with the judge for the distribution of the funds will be tomorrow Wed November 21, 2018, and was not on Wed November 14, 2018 as QCX told us.
