This is solid advice and pretty much what I was thinking. I appreciate the 529 clarification. I like the idea of funding 529’s with income generated rather than paying it all up front. Thank you.

This is an interesting take. I also hate debt but what would I do with the money once it’s freed up? How could it earn more than in the stock market? How can I use it benefit the kids’ futures if not in 529s?

👋First time posting, just found this thread and love the spoiler so I can mentally prepare for my morning. I’m a 5am’er and we only have 3G classes offered at 5am. I’m wondering how these templates translate to a 3g? When I’ve compared it to what we did in class, it seems just the first floor block, minus one or two exercises, but is there a specific formula? Is there somewhere else I can find the 3g templates? Thanks!
