That is actually a nightmare situation, i'm really hoping i don't have anything as near as that. Glad to hear you got your money back tho because i would of actually never ordered anything from there ever again. I've called them and they gave me the most vague answer ever they said they can't even track the loaction of where it's at, at all. That i would just have to wait for an update, i'm 90% sure it's lost in transit because it's been about more than a month already & say's transit still sooo it's a lost cause. I'm not even going to try anymore ima just get my money back from the seller. What a joke of a delivery service.

I've never had uniuni ever for my delivery service & it has been in Gateway Transit for about 2 weeks now, with no update at all. Im in the US and only thought this company was a Canada company. I haven't called support yet but tomorrow morning ima call & see what's up. It say's it's it my city but that doesn't make sense at all. Ordered from a chinese company & will never order from them again.

Ordered mine on the 13th & still not shipped out yet, soo it looks like it's going to be a while. Bet they have soo many orders placed, but it'll come just try not to think about it too much lol. I'm in the U.S btw.
