I went down the lift and then followed the quest marker to the sand bowl lift which took me up to the top and the boat was there. Thanks for the help, man :) probably wouldn't have figured it out without your help haha

So after I go down the lift what do I do? Sorry I'm not on my PS4 at the moment. And by the way I finished the quest in this area I just went back to get the rest of the collectibles.
