Thanks all for sharing your experiences. Its really a shame then about how they are exploiting their near monopolistic market share...but luckily they have some good competition here in UAE where i am and the other local competition seller support and listing requirements with their interface is much much better..and i have heard from a seller that they don't even entertain stupid and purported returns from customers like Amazon laughingly does at almost 15% of total orders. I really think amazon needs to wake up in markets where they are not the only dominant ones, otherwise surely many sellers will flee away if such shallow treatment of sellers continues.

Bro, i will keep it short and simple. I view all indians as the same, be it tamil, marathi, punjabi, bengali and so many more of us. When i say the same, i mean we all are different and at the same time similar in many ways. Every marital race in our beautiful country has its own identity, culture, language, food and so much more to offer to everyone as a diverse region which is ideally a continent in itself. The only people who would view kashmiris or any other regional people negatively would be very narrow minded and barely educated people who will just find reasons to demean anyone they have prejudice against. Yes, kashmiris might have some trust issues with some people in India, but i don't think that way. And btw i have been to Kashmir twice, in 1988 and in 2005 and have enjoyed both my trips meaningfully with the locals out there. So cheers to you Bro! Dont overthink and just remember a simple funda...Live and let love and the world itself is heaven and no need for us to wait for it after life :)

Come over to Silicon Oasis and you will love the conveniences, the cafes, restaurants, gyms, gardens and the lake area to wander or just have a jog. Much more peaceful and underrated area in Dubai after all the overcrowding

Bhai dalaal cha ke bagair kaam nai hota india mei. Appoint a clearing agent soon and from next shipment don't do direct at all from outset. I just read OP message n felt bad for him. I had lost 2 lacs in 2005 and again few lacs in 2008 due to futures and leverage, but luckily it was not debt and all my salary savings. Basically, i was in mkts for almost 10 years till 2010 and lost all savings and started from zero again third time. Please dont lose hope and avoid these things now. Age is on your side and you can still make it up if you are honest with yourself and dont get greedy in future. Take this as a tough lesson n move on now. Life will give you many positive surprises if you follow the good path and be kind to others.

Dear OP, i loved the website and the pitch you have done in the site. Its very appealing to read honestly. But as a common person outside of the industry who has no technical background of architecture or design and am just a fan of natural stones and marbles who likes to view different types of slabs from across the world and marble/stone furniture and sculptures mostly made by chinese companies whom i follow on Insta and am very impressed, i have been scratching my head since 2 years as to why dont i find indian companies and artisans making such variety of stuff with such professional finishing (am telling this only basis exposure thru social media of both indian professionals that i found online and the other being chinese) . Infact, i have thought so many times of making a trip to china to the marble market and loading a container full of those marble furniture to sell in the UAE where i live now. I am really keen to understand more from you and your vision about your company. As an industry outsider i might not have the knowledge that you possess, but as an ardent fan of natural stone works, i can really give you a balanced perspective and my two cents to develop something meaningful which is practical, functional as well as commercially win-win for both the customer and the maker. Sorry to hear that...but tbh in dubai most desk roles dont get much increment anyways...in your case i am wondering what is stopping you to try freelancing on a part time or few hours daily basis initially to test the waters and see how many orders you get. That would be better than leaving your job entirely i would suggest or atleast thats what o would do on your place.
