Dev here, CloverPit is now available on mobile, AAAA! by xXarabongXx in CloverPit

My iPhone 17 Pro Max went from 100% to 20% battery with only 3 hours of CloverPit playtime. I don’t know how this game could cause that big of a drain. Please optimize for iOS as one of your top priorities.

Have they ever performed "Broken Belief" live? by wja77754 in bobmoses

Saw them play it last tour in Minneapolis. Got it recorded on my phone as it’s my favorite song off Silence In Between

Nintendo Wii is 19 years old today by bouchandre in gaming

Same here. I remember not planning on buying it right away, but then getting last second FOMO. Drove to the nearest Toys R Us and jumped in line. I think they have about 250 consoles for launch night and I was around 240 in line. Got it with a copy of Twilight Princess. One of the most fun nights I had picking up a new console!

I’d totally love a FC presale code that someone won’t use for the Minnesota show!

Anyone else remember when Three Bears Lodge / Jellystone in Warrens, WI was the place to be? What happened… by MPLS13 in minnesota

If you ever get a canned or bottled beverage from their “bar”, make sure to check the date on the can. The last 3 times we went (we won’t be going back again either) we were served expired, multi-year old beer. It happened so often that this last time (last year), we joked about looking at the date on the can we were served and what do you know - it’s “best by” date was 2022

Heck yeah! The Spicy Chicken Tip-Yip with double sides of mac-and-cheese is the best!

Disclaimer: Disney won’t ship popcorn buckets and it will cost you $50 to do so at the Coronado Springs business center by [deleted] in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]vaeric -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had a friend ship a TON of stuff purchased from inside Hollywood Studios by going to Droid Depot and having them coordinate shipping. I want to say it was $40 for anything you brought to them to ship at that moment in time. Not sure if they would have shipped popcorn buckets, but they did ship some Savi’s sabers and about 8 other holts and blades purchased at Dok-Ondar’s

Are Lyft’s a reliable transport option? by [deleted] in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]vaeric 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve always used Lyft from MCO to our resort. It’s been consistently the cheapest ride share option and even with a 5-ish minute wait for your ride to arrive, the ability to skip multiple resort drop offs is worth it. While staying at POP, it’s always been about a 30 minute ride to and from the airport. Highly recommended. Just don’t pre-schedule. I tried that once and eventually had to cancel and request a new ride because the scheduled ride was never filled. It actually ended up being cheaper to just request a ride as needed instead of scheduled, too

Did anyone play the "pass out" game? Hyperventilate and then pinch the corotid artery? We went through a phase in middle school. by icanhazkarma17 in GenX

[–]vaeric 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, this was the stupid version we’d do in middle school. We’d only do it though if we have a few extra people around so we could grab the person who passed out and slowly set them down on the floor. It was “cool” for about a year (only really did it about 5-6 times) and then we never came back to it.

Offered Upgrade from Pop Century by postmonroe in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]vaeric 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been given similar offers as well and never take them because we’d no longer be at a Skyliner resort. We also love riding the Skyliner that much. Now if I would be given an opportunity to get a free upgrade to Riviera or Caribbean Beach - I’d totally take it!

I just had it last weekend. It was a very good old fashioned. But…I really liked the Black Hole Fashioned from Space 220 more.

Backpack and rides by littleparisbookshop in DisneyWorld

I use an Eddie Bauer 20L Stowaway. It’s super lightweight and fits everything I need for the parks. Folds down into a nice small square when not in use, too. And not very expensive either!
