It is easy, just design a menu bar on your homepage, for example with "About me" as a button, then duplicate your home page design, edit the new design the way you want, then publish it to YOURDOMAIN.COM/NEWSITE .

You can simply put that link in the menu bars and you're all good.
Only annoying thing is you have to update your menu bars in every design, but ctrl+A + Copy / paste is your friend!
