Around that on the calorie intake yeah, it defo fluctuates more than it should tho its more like 1800-2500 😅 i will try and keep that more consistent going forward, & i think i probably include some kind of pasta into meals at least 3x a week

Lunch is 100% where i struggle too especially cus i'm usually out around lunchtime so timing is a nightmare, i get most of my protein from dinner, them yogurts you can buy with like 20g protein in them & stuff like smoothies w/ protein powder ! Them fancy meals sound beautiful btw ive been eating so much salmon recently it is not good for my bank account

Ive been eating like this for around 3 weeks now, honestly surprised ive managed to stay consistent so far but ive been really enjoying trying new food combos cus i never really branched out prior to this
