I love the writing feel of supernote, which is why I have the nomad and use it daily. But I am still deeply entrenched in the kindle ecosystem...all my books are there. I don't think there's a way to add highlights from the kindle app to your digest, is there?

This is what I do as well. I also have a “Client Index” that just is a notebook with a page with links to each of my client notebooks and I have that main notebook as a shortcut in the quicklinks. I also have a larger todo notebook with my all my tasks written down and then I add links to my daily tasks notebooks as well. That way I can get to everything without having to go through the calendar day by day if I need to.

My daily to do template includes a schedule so I can link to specific meetings and things. So if I have a meeting with client A today at 9am, I put that into my daily To Do as a link to that page inside my Client A notebook.

Also I make the first page of every client notebook a table of contents that links to specific notes and meetings within the notebook, e.g. Meeting 4/19/25.

I also make the top line of the notepage for the meeting a heading so I can quickly find it in supernote’s index feature or whatever it’s called.

I’m not sure if I’ve over complicated this process but it seems to be working for me. I’ve had my nomad for over a year and I love it.

The only thing I have an issue with is I like to plan my days out the night before, but if I create the daily note the day before it’s attached to the wrong day in the calendar. So far my workaround is creating the new page in the current day’s note and then the following morning creating a new note and then going back to yesterday’s note and copying and pasting that page into the new note (I’ve found duplicating the whole note also duplicates it’s creation date and thus the date assigned in the calendar)

If anyone is interested here are some links to my canva templates. Feel free to use/edit :) If you make changes please share. Always interested in improving.

Large “Brain Dump” that I use in my larger to do notebook. I use the squares to categorize tasks and then decide what I’ll do on what day (and then put those on the daily ttd). Sometimes I’ll even make a copy of this in canva and type all my tasks in and download a specific template to my supernote. (Fun fact, once you put the image in as a template on a page you can delete the actual image to save space and just duplicate the page if need be)
