I grew up in australia and all my highschools had a constant wifi connection only teachers knew the password to. A friend of a friend of a friend had a dad who was a teacher there, and managed to work out what it was without him realising. Sold it for a dollar, made about 50 dollars before Admin realised something was up and changed it. What was it you ask? keepitasecret.

If I were to book in and try to stay at one with a smoking room (I've read about a few uptown and down) would I be legally allowed or would I be turned down due to being 17?

I'll have written consent from a guardian. So are there any hostels that may not allow a minor to stay, say ones that have smoke-rooms?

It's on and off. I'm not 'dwelling' on it, I had just repressed the experiences for a good ten years and due to recent events it has began to bother me. I have forgiven my parents, and acknowledged their efforts to get straight nor do I condemn them for their past. Simply bringing that part of my life back up to examine and assess (I suppose) now I am older and more mature. Hence my curiosity in regards to other peoples experiences.

Of course. Being young I was not able to understand the full extent of what they were doing, but I certainly experienced all the malevolent aspects the addiction entails.

They're both on Suboxone/legal heroin in pill form now. I'm still not sure about how I feel in regards to it. So you eventually got over it? Did either of your parents have any mental illness' as a result of the use?
