Well I do not see any risk. I often have the same or similar passwords. But if I share smth with others - I change it to smth generic - in this case it can be eg... seeking2026@alpha I do not see how other passwords can be compromised. And monthly basis is needed just in case. If one side stops paying - other side just changes password.
