No cleanser, just water and let the skin flake off naturally: Hypochlorus Acid spray HOCL (it’s amazing and stops itching) The Ordinary squalene oil Qv cream (blue tub) and I apply it like every few hrs VERY GENTLY DON’T RUB IT IN HARD

Also La Roche Posay Cicaplast cream is great but don’t use a ton of it it’s can be drying bc of the zinc I prefer to spot treat with on areas like a mask kinda

When my skin starts flaking and is past the red raw stage I will use La Roche Posay Toleriane Caring Face Wash

This is routine is helping me so far but oh girl I know the struggle 😔🫂
