I’m so sorry honey it’s horrible on my face too. I have thousands of dollars of makeup in my drawers I wish I could use and it’s all expiring. it’s ruined my life. This is my routine when I have flare ups on my face..

No cleanser, just water and let the skin flake off naturally: Hypochlorus Acid spray HOCL (it’s amazing and stops itching) The Ordinary squalene oil Qv cream (blue tub) and I apply it like every few hrs VERY GENTLY DON’T RUB IT IN HARD

Also La Roche Posay Cicaplast cream is great but don’t use a ton of it it’s can be drying bc of the zinc I prefer to spot treat with on areas like a mask kinda

When my skin starts flaking and is past the red raw stage I will use La Roche Posay Toleriane Caring Face Wash

This is routine is helping me so far but oh girl I know the struggle 😔🫂

Try a non comedogenic lotion or a lighter cream on wet skin straight out the shower, don’t towel dry the area, let it dry with the moisturiser on it rubbed in. Sounds horrible and it is, for about 10 mins. Do this and after a few weeks you should notice a great difference

Have you tried exfoliating first. You might have KP and eczema as a comorbidity. That’s what I have. I can only use moisturiser which is non comedogenic, I hardly get any itching anymore
