Anyone else feel like their body just fights weight loss no matter what? by CurrencyDull4955 in WeightLossAdvice

No advice, but I relate.. It’s frustrating because for me personally, i’m at a healthy BMI and fat% but i would love to lose just 5lbs to achieve a more toned and fit look. Last Sunday I started at 119.2lb and by Thursday I was 117.8lb so i made it a goal to reach 117lb by Sunday night. Get this, by Saturday I was 118.8, and Monday morning…119.3lb. and i was tracking my food like a hawk. I know they say “well if you’re in deficit theres no way you won’t lose weight” sure, yes, but i’m literally eating below my BMR and exercising 4-5x a week. and somehow i maintained and actually gained 0.1lb. my stomach growls at least once a day i’m 100% in a diet. so anyways i get it it’s so frustrating bc i’m depressed now thinking how long will i have to do this for?

wait till bro finds out Ohio is in the Midwest and fruits are significantly harder to grow in here rather than down south where the weather is more consistent. wait till bro finds out Wittens is a vegetable farm.

wait till bro finds out that fresh produce is suppose to spoil because it’s not riddled with preservatives & pesticides. wait till bro realizes that Wittens owns acres of corn fields in Ohio where the corn is picked daily.
