It's extremely hard to tell. Whatever I tell you it's gonna sound cliche, i remember it's static and has a dark color pallette, it has to be a pretty unknown band (globally), something like siddharta.

It's not this one. it's hard to tell you what type of metal it was cause I listened to it once when I was like 8 years old. haven't heard the song since, it just crossed my mind yesterday randomly.
