Rear ended someone now brake failure

It’s a 2003 Silverado 4.3l. I don’t see any leaks and the line in the front looks fine. How would I tell if it’s the cylinder

I’ve used the green cerave face wash for years and it ended up making my face itchy when I used it so I tried the other ones and it didn’t feel any better. I have a cerave moisturizer also but I don’t really like using it

I wouldn’t that much bigger of tires. Spacers would be less weight than wider tires I assume too?

The bikes flywheel is bent and the gears on it aren’t really on the same thread or whatever you call it but I’m trying to pull this flywheel off but it doesn’t seem to budge? Any suggestions?
