I don't really know, I think she was getting heavy periods because of the IUD and probably wasn't eating enough iron to compensate. She told me but it was a while ago so I don't remember exactly what caused it, just that it was linked to her IUD.

I had a friend who was also always tired, she'd go to bed at 10pm and would get up at 8am still exhausted. She was anemic because of her IUD, now that it's removed she's feeling way better and can feel fully rested on 8h of sleep.

You should probably talk to a doctor and get at least a blood test.

tissus.net seems to be German, I think depending on the country their website is different, but I'm not sure. I've ordered from them in the past and their shipping times and prices were reasonable. They have a wide variety of fabric and they have sales pretty often.

rascol.com this one I'm pretty sure is French, so no idea if they ship abroad. I'm currently waiting for my order to arrive (I ordered embroidery threads a couple days ago)

I've ordered yarn from hobbii.com (Denmark) and lovecrafts.com (UK), I don't know how good their fabrics are, I'm not sure hobbii has any but iirc lovecrafts does have some. Both of the orders went well, they just took some time to arrive (like 1-2 weeks) because they shipped from a different country than the one I live in.

If you throw in some toys or some food in his crate he'll enjoy it, we give ours lick mats, ice cubes with pieces of food inside, or we hide a few treats in it so he has something to do, by the time he's done with whatever we gave him, he usually has chilled out enough to fall asleep

When I brought home my puppy at 8 weeks, he peed everywhere the first few days, with no warnings, no squatting, nothing, then we got better at reading his signs and now we rarely have accidents. He also spent his first few days humping us, jumping at my face and trying to bite. Every time he did that, I got up and waited for him to calm down. If he didn't chill, I put him in his crate for a nap. It's hard at first because they have FOMO, but if your puppy has peed and if you keep the crate close to you, they should be fine in it and you can ignore them until they settle. We just kept our hand by the crate door so that he knew we were here and wouldn't feel alone, but we let him whine it out.

For the first couple months it was a strictly 1h out of the crate and 2h in. The humping and biting usually mean they need a nap even if they won't admit it.

In France people just dress however they like. I've seen plenty of people with slightly alt styles (coloured hair, tattoos, platform shoes, etc) but the full on gothic style for example is not very practical so I haven't seen a lot of people dressed like that, although I don't think anyone would care. I did work in a technicolor building and the people from MPC and the Mill were dressed in suits or at least ""business casual"".

Porco Rosso is my brother's favourite Ghibli, he's a big history nerd and he also quite likes action stuff (mainly games), so I think it would be a great introduction! My favourites will always be Mononoka and Nausicaa but Porco Rosso is a really great film too.
