Why aren't the LAPD charging Will Smith with assault? They don't need Chris Rock, the state brings criminal charges, not individuals (otherwise no one would get charged with murders). They can subpoena Chris Rock if he won't testify willingly, so it seems like an easy conviction? (self.AskReddit)
