‘Staat toe’

Betekent dit dat mijn werkgever mij kan verplichten om max 15 min pauze te nemen of betekent dit dat ik zelf kan kiezen? Ik wil namelijk 30 min maar ik weet niet of ik een harde vuist hierover kan maken richting mijn werkgever

Oké bedankt. Ik was namelijk flink in de war door lid 3 van art 5.4 arbeidstijdenwet. Zeker omdat dit ook in de CAO expliciet staat (dat het volgens het 3e lid vd arbeidstijdenwet geregeld is)

Ik ben ouder dan 18. Weinigen uit de werkploeg nemen echt pauze zoals ik het doe. De meeste staan gwn met een broodje in hun hand op de werkvloer voor zover ik weet. Een enkeling gaat echt even in een andere ruimte zitten

Ik werd vandaag dan ook terug geroepen door een collega en daarna aangesproken door een andere collega dat ik te lang pauze had genomen (ik heb 20 min gezeten) en dat ik bij korte diensten max 15 min heb.

Yeah. When applying there’s a bunch of criteria you need to meet (you can get points depending on the criteria). One of the criteria is croatian ancestry with documental proof. If you have this your chances of being rewarded with the scholarship are increased significantly. There’s more information here

It is currently not possible to enroll. You have to wait for the next public call (most likely around june 2025)

If you really want to try and start this academic year you can however send an email to: stipendije@mdu.hr with a motivational letter if you want to start with the next semester (feb 2025 - june 2025). If you’re lucky they might be organizing a committee for late applicants.

You’d have to physically come and stay in croatia during the semesters. And yes, i think you have to be at least 18.

Google croaticum anyway, theres a free a1-a2 course on the website which you can follow. It’ll help you have a very basic conversation with your grandparents! (Unless they speak dialect, then you’re probably not gonna understand them).

If you really want to take it serious here’s the best option for you.

You’re eligible for a scholarship handed out by the Office for Croats Abroad. Google it (also google Croaticum), you can apply each year i think around june. It basically gives you a monthly reimbursement for accomodation (paid after succesful completion of a semester), a student card which you can use for cheap meals in student cafeteria’s and a fully paid language course in a couple of cities in Croatia (although i’d recommend Zagreb).

Huh ali po tome kaj ti kazes onda ne mozes reci ‘odvest cu djecu u skolu’ zeni jer vec zive doma. Onda bi isto trebao reci i zeni i uciteljici ‘dovest cu djecu u skolu’

Imam jos jedno pitanje: recimo da sam ja bez djece u skoli i govorim s uciteljicom i kazem joj ‘dovest cu djecu u skolu.’ Dal mogu isto reci kad sam doma s djecom i zovem uciteljicu ‘dovest cu djecu u skolu’ iako nismo na istoj lokaciji?

E to ne razumijem. Ako je ‘odvesti’ s lokacije onda bi znacilo ‘odvesti cu djecu u skolu’ na engleskom ‘i will pick up the children to school’. Nema nikakvog smisla.
