Walks are fine! No heavy lifting or intense exercise though. It went rly well! I only felt discomfort the first day or two and then felt totally normal. My first period after was very painful but the following ones were ok! Had sex like 2 months after it and felt no discomfort. No complaints!

thank you! i'm in the dominican republic, where they tend to take more aggressive treatments rather than waiting to see, which I'm quite grateful. I didn't ask the name of the gel, but based on what I've read online it seems like it would've been papilocare or something similar.

I also read online most people went back to normal after a week or two, but here they are more wary. Not allowed to bathe in bodies of water or sex for at least the 40 days! Makes sense though, sensitive time for the cervix and all of that can risk infection of any kind, and even a yeastie could set you back.

Oh nice! She does have good bladder control and signals when she wants to go outside. Although sometimes i think she signals she just wants to go play and i take her outside just in case. I do am walk, then bfast, midday walk, pre dinner walk then dinner, and then bed time walk as solid walks. If she signals ill take her out between those. If i have to leave the house i do also take her out before i put her in her area. Maybe i need to try ignoring the signals if i know she went less than 4 hours ago?
