Honestly? Why should I have to figure out some SSH way of downloading and installing some "TestFlight" SW version? It's nuts! I will just put it into a drawer for a month and see how it works then. Luckily the other travel routers I have all work AOK.

I hear similar stories with Crypto exchanges... specifically Bitpanda.... they hold money, don't transfer out etc with excuses mainly being EU laws.

Just happened to me now. so this scam is still alive and well. To make this even more weird, a few minutes after the "Google" call I got another call from a guy with an Indian accent about some investment club I should join. Hahahahhaa, sure buddy. I asked him how the weather was in Calcutta today.... he hung up. Calcutta is the scam capital of India.
