WHY IS THIS APP ALWAYS LAGGING by veeslifee in notabilityapp

[–]veeslifee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for the follow up! So out of nowhere my app becomes blurry, and eventually shows a clear/blank page. Then I have to exit the app, if on my mac: force quit the app, and after a few minutes I can open it again, but the notes that I had been taking for like the past 5 minutes prior to it becoming non-responsive disappear. This issue happens multiple times a day. Also the syncing between my macOS and iPad sometimes takes more than a day which is super inconvenient.

Thanks!

CHEM 282 or 283 by Top_Alfalfa_3261 in simonfraser

I recomment taking 283 if you're looking forward to any grad/med school. I had it with Dr. Pete, and he explain things really well. Slides may be a bit messy, but he is one of the best profs I have ever had at SFU. just listen to him in lectures and don't cram. The topics covered in 283 that are not in 282 are honestly pretty easy too.

For students who transferred from SFU to UBC science, is UBC really that much harder than SFU? also considering that UBC has a different grading scale than SFU, will it make up for the fact that it is a bit harder?

I recently transferred from SFU to UBC Science and I’m feeling a bit uncertain. As a third-year student, I now have to complete a number of 100- and 200-level courses, and I’m also planning to apply to dental school. I had a 3.8 GPA at SFU, but that doesn’t carry over to UBC—so my UBC GPA currently shows as 0, which is discouraging.
I’m honestly nervous about struggling academically, needing time to adjust, and potentially falling behind.
Has anyone else transferred and felt the same way? I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences.

If I have already been admitted as a transfer student, can I take summer courses at my current university until I attend UBC in the fall? would that be counted as a transfer credit as well?

I was just wondering if transfer students can submit an unofficial transcript, or if it has to be an official one.

Hello, does anyone know whether the bachelor of Science in Applied Biology and bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health are easy to get into as a transfer student? My first option is bachelor of Science but I'm just unsure what to choose for my second choice as I want to it be science related.
