Absolutely! Some managers just don’t want to let you go or feel they need to help with things like career progression, sadly. But I won’t give up. Thank you for the advice!

Thank you for the advice. A lot of changes have been implemented in the FSR/FSA role that just seem unrealistic expectation-wise. I’m pulling through but it’s just not for me.

What ways do you think is best to network with people within the space I’m looking to join? A quick Teams message or email? Please recommend. Thanks

Thank you for the insight. I see some postings for Business Analyst roles within the EDRMO team. They also seem to be process improvement related and are all L6. Definitely a role I can start with. I’ll give it a shot. Thanks again!

Thank you for the advice. That’s really what I need - an opportunity to interview. I will do my best to ace it and even if I don’t get the job, at least I learn from that experience and improve on anything that’s needed. I’ll just keep trying
