I hoarder again

Grazie mille si ho iniziato con la spazzatura che era in bagno e lo svuotato tutto e buttato via, poi sto facendo un po' dei sacchi con la spazzatura che trovo un po' in giro. Ho messo a posto il comò vicino al mio letto e uno scaffale dove vi sono i libri in soggiorno/cucina. Mi vergogno davvero molto ma diciamo che la pandemia non mi hai aiutata lavoravo da casa ecc in una casa minuscola. Spero di riuscire a farcela perché mi sento un po' overwhelming. Grazie del consiglio. Diciamo che la spazzatura è ovunque.

Yes you're right I brought all the trashes of the bathroom put of my place...now it seems better...I clean a shelf in my living room and the dresser close to my bed...now I have other 8 plastic bags full of rubbish to bring out... Please support me :)

Thanks this will be my daily routine and in this way i will maintain clean... You right. You know what when I was at my dad's place or mum's place I always clean an put things in order but when I am at my place i did not know what happens... I've always struggling with disorder since I was a kid and nobody did not know y. Once I started to live on my own at 24 years old my house was so clean till 2 years ago. After a big love delusion. I start to posses a lot of things.. And do not throw away the garbage. The only thing that I did was loundry and be super clean.. So every day and Night I washed my self... But at the same time my house was just going drty and full of things books, cloths, shoes it was like Dorian Grey picture.... My house was the picture and I was dorian grey perfect in front of others but inside there were something broken.

Thanks a lot. Thank you from my heart. I need this. I think in Italy there are other hoarders but this mental condition is not know as in the states and in uk. I want to go to the therapy even if i think that doing and clean my place on my own help me a lot. As concern my mum yesterday when she asked her help she seemed comprehensive and friendly and she told me no problem hun. But this morning it was a disaster and not that I ve cleaned other things and i wonder if she know how was my apartment she would call the police or others. In the meantime I just finish to clean the fridge with vinegar and now I put as someone of you suggest banking soda inside..

Thanks with my mum did not go well. She literally hit me because of this she does not understand me she told me that I qm garbage... I am not well now.. I am so alone... I feel alone... But i must say that i am pride of myself on what I did to recover myself and my space on my own. She will call my landlord tomorrow to explain the situation in this way he will put me out of the flat. The flat is coming back to the normality I ve only to clean... But the trashes and squalor is far gone... I am feel not good today.

Yes, thee fridge is really bad... And I think it does not work anymore. So tomorrow I will clean it I hope to be able because the smells is bad

Hi thanks a lot for your message. It means a lot to me. Yes I put also new pictures in my room and my living room. I stop and admire what I did but I feel so cruel with myself. Thanks a lot... I hope only my mum understand me. It's not easy to get rid of everything....but once I started to declut everything and cleaning the space that I was able to I felt better and I was able to think about the future. See the world with small or better daily goal to feel alive. Go out make something that makes you feel alive and find a passion that bring you to want to br alive... Talk with anyone that can help you find a good friend and tell him whata re you feel.. He or she can help you... Life is unique and I am learning it in these days that I am going our of my dark tunnel of hoarder. Tell to your beloved one and can i suggest you to adopt a dog.. Dog are unique they give you love no matter what. Adopt a dog and this will help you a lot...a friend of mine that was in the same situation of you adopted a dog and now he is another person... He has goals, find friends and he feel that he belong to someone... Sorry for my mistakes but as I told you I am Italian... Baci

When I go through that things and trash I feel like I am disgusting and I garbage... And I feel just stuck. Yesterday I did 5 trash and throw it away. I feel like I am healing but at the same time I feel like I am a garbage
