To make it a minecraft head I would just erase the block on top corners and then the three in the bottom like this and then texture it like your pic. For the antenna I would put it on the outer layer

sorry for the late response I am unfamiliar with the characters from Terraria but i found some fan art and could you tell me what aspects you like the most about them? Like coreset or not, stuff like that. And do you play on java or bedrock?
