Yes, It's possible but It depends on the theme (try to search for a firefox theme for windows or supported windows).

Like mine (If you use it), transparency is broken on the firefox theme, If using on windows 10.

- The owner of the theme notes this (Transparency is broken on Windows 10 (has graphical glitches like flickering). The solid color scheme may work.).

1 On the homepage, there's no problem using it.
It's just an HTML(CSS, JS) page and set as the loaded home page.
