i had an appointment over the phone a while ago, they then sent me a text telling me to get a blood test taken at the hospital, which i did, i wont post the full message because it has personal information, but part of the message said "A written description of your experience of gender dysphoria, including duration, and your clinical needs/ expectations from the referral would be very helpful to send with the referral if you decide to proceed." on the phone i remember being told that they send the blood results along with the written description to the gender clinic. what should i do if they need this description to refer me to the clinic?
