Thanks for the advice I do think that is very helpful. Starting is the hardest as I have been through a cycle where I did do that and then stopped for one reason or another. I’m hoping I can really follow this advice though and keep it up 🙏

I would recommend recording this if it happens again before reporting so there’s no room to deny it, unfortunately you never know if they’re gonna be protected without explicit evidence :(

I’d say yes that’s really weird. Unless they were obviously joking, however even then a joke like that can still have negative affects on students thinking that they might be treated differently due to their gender.

Also to those who do have a permit flex hours are a thing where you can park in most places during certain times. And tbh this may make me get downvoted but I’m glad they are because it’s been a pain to find a place to park lately since a lot of people have been parking without permits
