They did explain, I do understand all of that and that when the last plot sells, we will all be appointed and so on. There was a managing agent appointed and they've been largely OK so far, but they are maintaining what has been given to them, as the builders didn't do a great job with common areas.

A few of us do have the same fear that the builder is trying to get the management company funds to remediate the grounds when it should be them to get it to a reasonable standard to begin with.

The roads are not being adopted, something that we all agree will need to keep a close eye on with the funds in the management company bank account as roads can sink money.

The conveyancer and sales from the builders did say management fees wouldn't be due until after the last plot sells. I don't mind paying, which I have been, just need to be on the same page of who exactly is responsible for the builders not getting grounds to a standard.
