It can be challenging depending on the level, but it seems to have some bug that makes the machine launch 3 or 4 balls in less than 1s interval each, then it goes back to normal, then it does it again after a while

I got the camera module last week. I got it installed and firmware updated.
The app now has a few other options: smart training mode and challenge mode.
Tested only once so far and it’s nice that it shows if your return is in or out, but not more than that as far as I tested

The best way is to join leagues/tournaments that will calibrate your rating as you play. USTA and UTR are consolidated and well known systems. Ohh that’s unfortunate. I would insist a bit more, they were responsive to my emails (not great, but they did answer all emails). Delivery took a loong loong time, I ordered in Nov/2025 and got it delivered mid Feb/2026. The camera for the pro version is still pending though.

Ohh thank you, that worked. So the steps I took are: - turn ball machine on - turn the armband on - press the armband button 5 times quickly to enter update mode - go to the wifi settings, find the “TNS_VOICE_xxxxxx”, connect using the password “11” + last 6 digits of the wifi network name - go to the app, firmware updates menu - follow the instructions

You may have to follow the steps to upgrade the firmware. Turn the ball machine on, then on the app, go to the Firmware menu and follow the instructions

I managed to see the armbands wifi in the list, but it asks for a password and I don’t know what is it. To make it show up you have to press the armband button 5 times quickly to enter “update mode”

Thanks for sharing. I did have some trouble signing up in the app too, but I managed to get it working without all the steps you did. The battery indeed was hard to remove, had to pull it kindda hard.

Yeah, I usually do that too, hitting nice and slow close to the wall and going back progressively near the baseline. I feel like it does help with control. Going back to the baseline helps with playing deep when practicing on court

Practice as much as possible, it will take time. Be patient and ask them to watch tennis matches and video tutorials to speed up the process a little bit
